Shipping
All of our orders are shipped via USPS (ground 3-4 days). Please allow between 5-21 days to receive your oder.

The risk of loss of the item passes to you upon delivery to the carrier chosen by you at checkout. bijoux18 will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or marked ''delivered'' shipments after delivery to the shipping carrier. bijoux18 will not be held responsible or liable for your choice of shipping carrier.

Returns
We are sure you will be happy and love your bijoux18 Jewelry purchase. Due to the nature of most of our jewelry, personalized, made to order, ALL earrings are FINAL SALE. However, we are more than happy to exchange an item if there is something wrong with with the order or if the product has a defect. If an item arrives defective we will repair it within thirty (30) days of your purchase at no additional cost.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items purchased are intentionally damaged or have been misused.

All SPECIAL ORDER/PERSONALIZED (this includes ALL rings, anything in custom size options, and all items with names or initials). Items are final sale and will not be refunded once an order has been placed.

We are not responsible for return shipping charges and the original shipping charges are non refundable. Please note that if you've ordered multiple items, we batch them together as one shipment, unless otherwise discussed via email. 

Received Incorrect or Damaged Goods
In case the box in which the item has arrived has extensive visible damage or is the wrong order, you are requested to contact us as soon as possible at hello@bijoux18.com

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
If you need to replace an item that is defective or damaged please contact us via email at hello@bijoux18.com. We will do our best to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
